Orders will ship 1-3 business days after purchased. We work hard as a small team to pack/ship all orders as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been accepted by mail carrier. Upon arrival if any issues occur please reach out to us by email with details and photos. The product must be returned the same as it was delivered (unused and in packaging) to be given a full refund.
